ONE DAY. THREE SPACES. COME AND JOIN US.
We’re opening our doors for a very special Open Day bringing together The Vinyasa People, The Pilates People and Yin Nation.
Join us on Saturday, 10 October from 9am for a day of movement, community and a few treats along the way. Try a Reformer or Mat Pilates class, jump into a Vinyasa session, browse the Yin Nation pop-up and enjoy drinks and goodies with us throughout the afternoon.
Everything is completely free, whether you already practise with us or you’ve never stepped through our doors before.
