Suitable for those with prior Pilates experience.

Burn
An intense full-body workout with Pilates influences.
Weights, bands, and dynamic sequences create a powerful session with a focus on legs, core, and that deep muscle burn.

Pilates & Mobility
A slower-paced class combining Pilates exercises with mobility work and strengthening stretches.
Ideal for recovery, improving flexibility, and developing more conscious, mindful movement.

Reformer Focus
Targeted Reformer training.
Each class emphasises a specific area — core, lower body, or upper body — while still working the whole body.

Barre classes

A modern barre workout inspired by Pilates and functional training. Expect small, controlledmovements and longer repetition sequences that target legs, glutes and core.

Hand weights, ankle weights and balls add intensity, while light cardio elements may also appear in the class.

Barre Intro is suitable for beginners with simpler sequences and less choreography. Barre Open includes more complex combinations and additional layering.

STRENGTH & mobility training

functional training class focused on strength and mobility. We work with weights, kettlebells and functional exercises to build full-body strength.

Strength training is the main focus, complemented by mobility work to improve movementquality and range of motion.

This is not a classical Pilates class but a powerful complement to your training.

Yoga @ The vinyasa people

All yoga classes are included in your Mat class packs and memberships. Classes take place at The Vinyasa People, Kaiserstraße 1a.
